Taking
the time to gather all the information required prior to ordering
will help make it easier for you during a hectic time of year. The
following tips
and hints will help you ensure you have all the information you
need to make a correct order. The downloadable files at the bottom
of the
page will further help you arrange your order more efficiently, they
are provided courtesy of NLS Sportswear.
10 TIPS to order by...
1. Print legibly, spelling counts. We create your order including
player names verbatium, if you misspell a player name, we misspell
a player
name. Although we can correct misspellings, there will be a charge
to correct it. We prefer a typed player name and number list
2.When ordering jerseys make sure that if you need youth sizes your
order is marked as such. Ex. if you need youth mediums mark your order
as "Youth Medium or YM " an order marked just as "M or Medium" you
will get an adult size.
3.When ordering colors for your jerseys or prints be sure to name the exact
color you want. Ex. If you need Navy Blue order Navy Blue, not just Blue.
4. For single digit numbers, do not add a zero(0) in front of the number
unless you want a 0. Ex. if you want a # 2 order it as #2 not 02 or you will
be charged for 2 digits
5. Remember: When we size your art work for your order, it will be sized
to fit the smallest jerseys on your order. Ex. if your order has jerseys
sizes youth med. thru adult xxxl the print will be sized to fit the youth
med and will look small on the xxxl. If you want a print that is proportional
to all sizes, addtitional set-up charges will apply.
6. When ordering custom made garments order as many extras as you can.
Custom garments have minimums, needing a piece or two later will result
in less than minimum charges, additional shipping charges and longer
turn-around times. The same is true for standard garments as well. Tee
shirts are dyed by lot, although NLS makes the best effort of securing
garments from the same dye lot, addtional pieces later on could come
from a different lot giving them an "off-color" appearance.
7. Order as early as possible, Our minimum standard lead time is 10-15
days, but delays do happen, out-of-stock items, art corrections, waiting
for sponsors or late sign-ups etc. can bring delivery right to the date.

8. NLS Sportswear will not reproduce copyright material unless a release
form from the copyright holder is presented at the time of order placement.
9. An order will only start after a deposit is secured and/or copyright
material is approved. If you place an order on a Monday, but your deposit
is cleared on that Friday
our 10-15 day lead time will start on that Friday.
10. If you require out bound shipping(UPS, Fedex) be sure to add
the time to ship your order into your due date. Once it's on the truck
we no longer have control of it's delivery time.

100% deposit when less than 100 pcs, First time orders or on all custom
garments
50% with approved credit check on orders over 100 pcs. or based on ordering

All balances must be paid at time of delivery.
Out bound shipping (UPS or Fedex) will be C.O.D. certified or cashiers
check only
All orders include ground in bound shipping of garments and materials
in our pricing.
All other means of shipping is at your expense. Ex. UPS overnite, 2nd
Day or Saturday shipping.
